English singer/songwriter Dominic Richard Harrison, known as YUNGBLUD, brought his World Tour through Kansas City and made a stop at the historic Uptown Theater with special guests The Regrettes and Games We Play.
From the moment YUNGBLUD took the stage his energy was ridiculously electric. He jumped around all over the stage, momentarily pausing behind the mic to sing before taking the mic from the stand and running all over again. The audience was filled with fans of all ages, many dressed in apparel that reminded me of the Emo and Goth phases many of us had in high school (damn that was forever ago). The fans fed off YUNGBLUD’s energy on stage and mirrored it by bouncing up and down to the music all night.
YUNGBLUD played through many fan favorite songs. Some songs included hits such as The Funeral, Parents, Psychotic Kids, Sweet Heroine, and I Think I’m Okay.
